I find value in Fields getting a full season of experience. Get him accustomed to playing the whole season, even when it's not easy. In time things slow down. And mire time in the pocket with live pressure at him is the best practice.

With that said, I hope to god Flus hasn't actually been trying to win games since the Falcons game. I've been watching the games through the lens that the team is actively trying to lose. If Flus instead was actually trying to win, then there is so much explaining to do. I dont buy it though. Too many third down runs an inexplicable 2nd half decisions.

One thing that is for sure is that the play calling has completely changed for the worst for the last 4-5 games. Especially in the second half of the game. They are forcing all plays from out of the standard pocket. Not rolling out Fields whatsoever, very seldom doing any 2nd and long passing plays, and otherwise playing a very boring style of football.. Its as close to throwing a game as it gets.

For sure. I call this iteration of the Chicago Bear's Offense, their 3rd and 8 special. . Also, will someone PLEASE delete that side-arm WR screen play that NEVER WORKS. I hate to watch this offense right now.
