I would be nervous if the players are leaning towards signing with othere teams but I don't expects that to happen to Lebron or Bosh.

If the Bulls dom't get Lebron. I would love Bosh and JJ.

At the very least, they get Joe Johnson or Boozer. While they will be overpaid, thats a big step up from Hinrich or Taj. Not title contenders but we still have time for Rose and Noah to get better.

What about JJ and Bosh instead of Lebron. I think that can be equal or better. Instead of Bosh and Lebron the Bulls will only have to trade 1 of Deng or Henrich. I think but not positive.

Honestly. If we pay Dirk...and then sit back to relax...we could potentially free up enough space to go get Melo in 11 and look like

Rose, SG, Melo, Dirk, Noah

If we don't get JJ or LBJ, let's not overpay someone else. Next year's class isn't as wide open...which is good for a team who stays patient. Someone who sits tight this season and doesn't overpay for one of the 1000 big name FAs will come out of next season's FA bidding as the winner of the 2 years combined, because they won't have to fight 30 other teams with wide open cap space for that one big name guy...

A lot of teams will shoot their wad on July 1st, and get someone....Smart teams who can't get the top 2 or 3 guys this season will sit tight and go get the big names next offseason.

Zan, im not a fan of Dirk. Hes old, soft and a loser. I dont take a chance with him and waiting. I dont see Melo leaving either.

Waldo, months ago i thought we would end up with JJ and Bosh and that team would win a title with a proper bench in place. We still dont have the money for them though. Bosh will need a max and JJ will have near max money. NYK will offer a max to him when they find out the best players dont want to be with them.

I have always thought of that and would love to have JJ and Bosh but very unlikely like you said.
