Doesn’t look like the Bears are signing anyone this year. Amos and Callahan are walking as well.

You're obviously joking (i hope) but we obviously need to wait until the big names come off the board before we can jump in offering contracts to the 2nd and 3rd tier type free agents.

Think it's down to NYJ and Buff for Matt Paradis.
We'll see if anyone jumps in last minute. $$

Pretty sure we can afford him right now, but that means no amos no callahan no one else.

We're at like 18m now, a Howard trade brings us back to 20m. You'd expect bell to make 14m or so.

This is going to move the C market way up. My guess is 12/year +.

We should already be at 20 million with the Eddie Goldman cap savings today.

Well i don't think anyone would absolutely have to be cut but we'd obviously have to trade J.Howard and not re-sign both Amos and Callahan but if someone did have to be cut and i hate even saying this but maybe Trevathon. That would hurt too much though losing all 3 of Trevathon, Amos and Callahan. But again i don't think we'd have to cut anyone to sign Bell.

The #Lions are signing nickel CB Justin Coleman to a 4-year deal worth $36M, source said. The highest paid nickel in the NFL for the former #Seahawk.

I think when we re-signed Big Ben he is going to eat about 1.5m of that.

Le’Veon Bell has known for quite a while that he was going to be a FA. Obviously early but I don’t think he’s going to get close to franchise tag he turned down last year. Also don’t believe the Bears are as strong on him as some reports say. We’ll see
