For one or two years?

Anyway, for every new contract signed one already signed player gets pushed off the top 51 number cap, so the amount of available cap decreases by about $.5mil less than the value of the new contract.

If it's $1.5m/2 years he will count basically nothing against the cap.

Yea this, so we had somewhere around 18m right now, but one would think if we sign Bell we are going to trade Howard which would leave us with 2m extra.

Spotrac says LeVeon is worth 10.6m a year. If we got him for that I'd actually do it, but theres no way he gets less than 13m.''

10.6mill would leave us with 10m of cap still, which aint a lot but you could still try to sign a backup wr/olb.
