Sources: Former #Giants star S Landon Collins is signing a 6-year deal for a whopping $84M with the rival #Redskins. Hard to imagine a box safety with this kind of deal after last year’s slow safety market. This moves the market dramatically.

That is insane.

Amos getting 10.5/season is not crazy and would get the Bear a 3rd round pick.

His level of vet min is $720k......There were reports of him getting 1.5m

I didn't see those reports so i'd be a little surprised if he got $1.5 but i don't really follow the going rate for #3 TE's on a team so that might be right.

Bears should go for an early dinner. Today is insane and they should not be involved in any of this.

3 first years guaranteed for Collins. Unbelievable. Maybe we get a 3rd for Amos now

If Amos is gonna walk because some team is gonna give him 10M+ I say let him walk. We’ll take the third round pick, sign bell, and draft a safety

Just remember these contracts are only about the guaranteed money you can't average the total over the life they will never see most of that money.

The redskins always fucking up F.A for everyone. They overpay for every F.A they get and they bust there

Per NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the deal includes a stunning $45 million guaranteed, all of which will apparently be paid out over the first three seasons.

I hope Mathieu didn't accept that deal from Houston for $9.5 per yet...lol. Can't sign until Wed anyway.

That is still 18 million a year which is pretty crazy if short term.
