There's a high-end steakhouse where I work and supposedly they have great fried brussels sprouts. Has anyone ever tried that?

Brussels sprouts are awesome.

I've never tried them deep fried though. That sounds a little weird.

Not fried but sauteed in bacon grease and drizzled with maple syrup at the end is great!

I'd absolutely try that. There's a restaurant near me that has brussels sprouts that are drizzled with olive oil and baked to a crisp and served with sriracha mayo, is very much good

I've only had them pan fried with butter, but I'd eat them fried, sure.
