An extension is more complicated than simply converting money a signing bonus. The silence here on fuller means nothing more than it just takes longer.

I could 100% see an extension. Though he is 29, Fuller shows no slowing down in coverage and his tackling has become top notch as far as corners in this league. He’s a film nut too and great leader in the secondary.
