Funk and King getting more and more boring

During the last week I noticed that Funk and even King are getting more and more boring.

They don´t show any emotion and what drives me nuts is that they always use the same sentences.

You know some Bull is dunking the Ball and they say "Get up or get out the way" every single time. When Gibson does something spectacular you always hear "STOP IT!" And Funk is almost getting an orgasm after every pump fake and drive Miller makes.

Its almost like playing NBA Live and hearing Steve Kerr saying the same sentences since NBA Live 2005.

I can't blame them. Those guys are probably as bored out of their minds watching this team as I am. The fact that they're not falling asleep during the games says alot for me.

Funk is terrible, he needs to be fired. the only entertainment value he has is saying something stupid and usaully thats so offensive that it loses all entertainment value.

Stacey King said during last nights game that Taj Gibson has just as much impact for the Bulls as Johnny Flynn and Tyreke Evans do for their teams.

I have no problem with Stacey King...I enjoy his commentary and he actually makes me laugh every now and then...Funk was better on radio where I think opinion from the play by play is more welcomed...I could be wrong there...

I am also of the opinion that Funk was better on the radio. But every play call from the Jordan era seems to be made by Funk. No one seems to mind those. Then again, it's pretty hard to screw some of those up. I think Funk will not be going back to radio anytime soon unless Chuck Swirsky and Bill Wennington decide they don't like each other anymore.

I think everyone knows how slow Brad Miller is...Stacey's" it takes him 2 weeks to get to the basket" is funny, but I hope he doesn't overuse it. Stacey does need new material. I have a friend who is a comedian and I've went to see him perform several times and it is almost exactly the same material.

I loved Neil Funk on the radio back in the day...I admit..and those classic play calls during the dynasty will be forever embedded in my memories. But the guy is getting old...he calls out the wrong player occasionally that scored and does say just flat out dumb shit.

I am so sick of hearing them constantly rip the opponents the entire game. It seems like lately that is all they do. It gets really old. I used to like Stacey King, but now it seems Neil Funk is rubbing off on him. Neil is terrible. He was so much better on the radio.

I can't stand either of them anymore, and I used to like King. I think Funk has ruined him. Occasionally, I can get some good info from King, but more often than not, they just repeat what the other guy says. Funk has always been a world-class jerk. On the radio side, he used to demean Carmen DeFalco. I can't remember the last time I've ever laughed at anything he said. Funk is a typical Reinsdorf announcer. He tries to determine who the Chairman likes, and he'll then kiss that player's rear end.

King & Funk have become so predictable with their 1-liners that I started developing a drinking game while watching the Bulls-Wolves game the other day.

I'm still working out all the details but I was trashed midway thru the 2nd quarter.
