Well I hope we show some "Tradition" "Honor" "Passion" and beat the shit out of this team. We haven't beaent this team yet 0-0-2 during there expansion year.

So with Grazzini gone for this game and possibly the rest of the year, I'd like to see this starting 11 on Saturday.

So who is the Fire's best player? from a neutral perspective obviously. From what I heard its Oduro or Nyarko. Is Johnson a good keeper?

Was Grazzini, but he just left a couple days ago. Now it would have to be... IDK to be honest. Oduro has been injured and Nyarko isn't the most consistent, could be Pappa nor Pardo, IDK. Johnson is a decent keeper, he's had his rough patches though.

who are the elite teams in the league? like who are the Yankees of the MLS, from the outside it's the Galaxy and DC United for me. Then who are the bottom feeders like the Royals/Cubs of the league? I just need like an MLS for dummys run down. I can comprehend the game, rules, and positions. I just need to know teams and players, a who's who in the MLS if you can provide that

MLS doesn't have Cubs/Royals types really, at least not long term. Competitive balance is great.

I'll list the teams and how they are right now though

Chicago Fire - Good
Columbus Crew - Declining
D.C. United - Resurgent
Houston Dynamo - Decent
Montreal Impact - 2012 Expansion Team
New England Revolution - Bad
New York Red Bulls - Top Level
Philadelphia Union - Suck
Sporting Kansas City - On the rise
Toronto FC - Terrible
C.D. Chivas USA - Afterthought in Los Angeles
Colorado Rapids - Decent
FC Dallas - Shit
Los Angeles Galaxy - Started season like shit, resurged, defending champions
Portland Timbers - Terrible, 2011 expansion team, Timbers Army and Section 8 have an alliance
Real Salt Lake - One of the top teams, once ranked Top 10 in world by ESPN
San Jose Earthquakes - Resurgent, with RSL the best teams in the West
Seattle Sounders FC - Always Good, won US Open Cup every year since expansion season 2007, choke in playoffs
Vancouver Whitecaps FC - 2011 Expansion team, but pretty damn good, 3rd in West

Okay this is good, I mean I casually see games covered on ESPN and saw the one game where SJ and LAG played and SJ won 4-3 and Becks hit the mascot lol, so basically the West is powerhouse is what it looks like. Would the Fire and NY be the best in a crappy East then? Because whenever I hear the Fire talked about it seems like people say they are good but dont really have a chance at whatever the championship is called. dont judge lol but all your help is appreciated I find learning a new league fun as long as you guys are willing to help :) Jntg4 Maybe you should write an article, like: The MLS for Dummies, or A New Viewer's Guide to the MLS or something so other people like me can start getting into soccer just a suggestion cause I saw you were a writer. Thanks for all your help! Both of you!

I may just write that article next week since Rush wants us to do one per week now lol.

The best in the East are New York, Kansas City, and D.C., we would be up there but we pissed off Grazzini and now he's gone and we aren't quite as good.

I'm hoping we can still cling on to 4 or 5 seed, don't want to miss playoffs again.

Well looks liike Pappa might be out for tonights game, if so who replaces him Alex or does Bone get off the bench and play.

If Pappa is out for this game and Alex is ready to start how about this for starting 11 .

-----Oduro--------------------Rolfe------

-----------------Robayo-------------------

--Alex---------------------------Nyarko--

------------------Pardo--------------------

--Seagraes-Berry--Friedrich-Gargan--

------------------Johnson-----------------

This might be Royabo's game with the FIRE brfore he's transfer back to Colombia.

or

-----Oduro--------------------Rolfe------

---------------------Alex-------------------

--Bone---------------------------Nyarko--

------------------Pardo--------------------

--Seagraes-Berry--Friedrich-Gargan--

------------------Johnson-----------------

I don't have a very good feeling about this game. FK will go with a 4-5-1 two defensive midfielder formation, hope that Oduro will get one of the many long ball and try for a 1-0 win.
