When you see a NBA player make a game changing mistake, do you hold a grudge against that player?

No, even Michael Jordan made plenty of mistakes that cost us games.

Only once...Thabo's turnover on the inbounds pass against the Heat 2 years ago. Even though Wade fouled Hinrich by holding his jersey but what ref in his right mind would call a foul against Wade in that position?

I do, but only if I think a player was being lazy. If you play a sport competitively yourself you grow a greater appreciation for what the pros do, at least in my opinion. I understand how hard the game of basketball is.

Personally speaking, if I held a grudge against every player whoever made a mistake, then that would be everyone lol. Players are only human! But if it happens consistently, then there's a problem...

I held a grudge against Chris Duhon for having not anticipating the pass from Kirk Hinrich in Game 6 of the 2005 1st round against the Washington Wizards- Bulls trailing 3-2 in the series. The Bulls lost the clinching game because the ball went right off the back of Duhon.

I wanted him gone after that.

That was an odd series. The series looked to be completely in the bag after winning the first two games..then we dropped two eggs in Washington in Games 3 and 4...and that crazy ass Game 5 finish was heartbreaking.

If I could contribute the loses all to myself..being that I did not watch Games 3, 4, or 5 due to my part time job at the time. I saw the first three quarters of Game 6, in which the Bulls were winning, however my group of friends wanted to go do something else so I missed the 4th quarter in which the Bulls then lost.

In reality though, the Bulls were dearly missing Eddy Curry and Luol Deng for that series. I think if the Bulls have had them, they would have won the series.

Only if its boneheaded or due to laziness and not being focused

This, plus....I already have to have a somewhat dislike for the player in general for starters. No team I'm a fan of has had anyone I straight up dislike or hate. I can easily be angry for a bit with a player on a team I like over a bad play at times though.

Truthfully, to hold a grudge with a player...you gotta already have some dislike for them before they make the lazy turnover or game changing bad play.
