I was remarking, I think dis is the first time Sansa and Jon have had dialogue in the entire show.... I don't recall them speaking to one another in the 1st season.

That has dragged even though she got her sight back sooner than I thought she would. In all that the girl is no one stuff, it seemed like they actually wanted her to remember who she was before as dude with highlights asked about her family.
I suppose at some point she'll recover needle and likely help her family out in some way. Til then she seems quite irrelevant.
