Floyd's gonna have to be solid for the Sox to have a chance.

Though I think there is something to be said for the 4+ ERA.

era alone is a bad way yes. using everything works. he is a fine 4th starter that will give you innings and drop a hook on ya. i do worry about the walks and long balls. put him in the nl in a pitchers park and im sure he is a 3...but in the al in the cell vs the bats in our division i get very nervous. i think im ok stating this opinion.

Right, which is pretty much what I said in the article.

Gives you innings, keeps the ball in the ballpark, etc.

For a #4 he's pretty solid.
