*Trade* Bears trade #20 for #32 & #64

Bucs only have a few roster spots available will all starters from last year returning. JPP is on the last year of his contract, so Bucs move up to select the best pass rusher available. Bears trade down for additional draft picks to fill needs.

#32: Kellen Mond - QB
Kellen Mond has a rocket arm and throws a tight spiral to fight through the winds at Soldier Field. With four years of starting experience, not starting right away will have less of a negative impact than a guy like Mills. He also has the speed (4.5) to make plays with his legs. Taking Mond this early is a reach but securing that 5th year makes it worth it.

#52: Walker Little - OT
The Bears need an immediate upgrade on the offensive line, and Walker Little can start off playing right tackle and switch to the left side next season (goodbye Leno!). A great value pick that falls in the draft a bit because of a knee injury in 2019 and opting out of the 2020 season. He has the size, athleticism, & football intelligence to carve out a long career.

#64: Elijah Molden – CB/S
The Bears need to add a slot cornerback and Molden is one of the best in the draft class. His football character is off the charts and has the flexibility to play some safety if needed.

*Trade* Bears trade #83 & #228 for #98 & #105

With Pittsburg, Philadelphia, & Tampa Bay all teams that could select a QB, New Orleans moves up to select Davis Mills to compete with Jameis Winston. The Bears still have a lot of holes to fill, so adding additional draft picks (in Ryan Pace’s sweet spot) is a priority.

*Trade* Bears trade Nick Foles & #221 for #146

Joe Douglas (former Bears Director of Scouting) is now the GM of the Jets. He adds a veteran quarterback to help mentor Zach Wilson.

#98: Jamar Johnson - S
Bears add a safety to groom behind Gipson. He has phenomenal ball skills and has the versatility to play the coveted nickel-safety if needed. Needs to work on his tackling but the tools and intelligence are there.

#105: Spencer Brown – OT
Your classic small school, elite physical tools draft pick that Ryan Pace seems to target. He’s a mountain of a man, yet does a phenomenal job keeping his base low. He needs some work on his technique but could develop into a high-end right tackle that has the athleticism needed to swing to the left side in a pinch.

*Trade* Bears trade #146 & #164 for #122

#122: Marco Wilson - CB
Brother of Quincy Wilson (NY Giants). Has all the physical tools to succeed in the NFL but needs to refine his technique.

#204: Jonathan Marshall - DL
A raw defensive tackle prospect that has the physical tools but only has one season of college football under his belt. Would benefit learning behind guys like Hicks and Goldman.

#208: Quinton Bohanna – NT
The Bears need to continue to add depth on the defensive line. Bohanna is a monster of a human being that excels at stopping the run.

#228: Pooka Williams Jr. - RB
With Tarik Cohen returning from a torn ACL, the Bears need to have a back-up plan for the joker back if Cohen had a set-back.

Andy Dalton / Kellen Mond

David Montgomery / Damien Williams
Tarik Cohen / Pooka Williams Jr.

Charles Leno Jr. / Walker Little
James Daniels / Arlington Hambright
Cody Whitehair / Sam Mustifer
Germain Ifedi / Elijah Wilkenson

JP Holtz / Jesper Horsted

Allen Robinson / Javon Wims
Anthony Miller / Riley Ridley
Darnell Mooney / Marquis Goodwin

Akiem Hicks / Angelo Blackson
Eddie Goldman / Quinton Bohanna
Jonathan Marshall
/ LaCale London
Bilal Nichols / Mario Edwards

Khalil Mack / Jeremy Attouchu
Roquan Smith / Josh Woods
Danny Trevathan / Joel Iyegbuniwe
Robert Quinn / Christian Jones / Trevis Gipson

Jaylon Johnson / Artie Burns / Marco Wilson
Elijah Molden
/ Duke Shelley

Eddie Jackson / Deon Bush
Tashaun Gipson Sr. / Jamar Johnson

Imagine this draft happening and Mond becoming the best QB from his draft like Dak Prescott has become. That'd be cool.

LOL... Robinson and Mooney isn’t a bad 1/2 punch (assuming Mooney’s legit) I don’t understand the urgency to move Miller for a 5th or 6th round pick. The talent is there. Hopefully the rumors were meant to light a fire under his @ss then deal him for scraps.

Kmet and Graham isn’t a bad 1/2 punch at tight end either, unless Kmet is a bust. Not following.

The starting offensive line unit will get worked out in camp. Still unsure if Mustifer is legit.

Has anybody who has seen Mond play been impressed? If the franchise commits to Mond it will mean another 3 or 4 wasted years. Better to take players of value on the offensive line, defensive backfield and at wide receiver( where the team is hurting with Robinson a free agent and Mooney a young and undersized player) and draft a quality QB next year./

1. Drafting Mond doesn’t mean that the Bears are committed to him for the next 3-4 years. They could easily draft another QB next year if he doesn’t show promise or if they want to add competition.

2. Has anyone been impressed with his play? Chris Simms is pretty damn impressed and he’s been around football his entire life.

3. From a physical standpoint, it’s hard to not walk away impressed with his physical tools. The man can sling the ball 60+ yards effortlessly and runs a 4.5 40.

4. Most of his games are available on YouTube. What did you not like specifically?

5. The advantage of having a rookie QB is that it allows the Bears to be able to afford re-signing Allen Robinson.

How many wrong routes, tough guy attitude and dropped passes from Miller do you need to see? Good riddance.

Whitehair sucks as a center, which is why I don't put it past the geniuses coaching the team to have him back at that spot.....but in the real world he should be a LEFT GUARD

Kmet looks decent.....other than a few TD Graham looked like a sloth on his was to cash a weekly check vs a nfl tight end....the other two guys suck ass and wouldn't be on another team.

The fascination with keeping shjtty players around amazes me....real org. Figure out their players and cut bait quickly when they realize they've made a mistake
