It's football season and if the closest you get to tossing the pigskin around is playing Madden 2011, Kontrol Freek, maker of game controller extensions, has the product to improve your game - TD Freek.
TD Freek lists for $9.99 and is available through the company website.
It features a convex, laced thumb pad designed to improve a player's grip.
You don't want a costly fumble on fourth and goal, do you?
As extensions to the thumb pad, TD Freek and others by the company are designed to improve accuracy. At the same time, the company says, the devices reduce thumb fatigue.
They quickly snap on to the thumb pad, and be changed as needed.
I'm a big fan of the FPS Freek for first-person shooter games. I wouldn't want to take on Battlefield Bad Company 2 without it.

I really liked Madden 10 and have enjoyed Madden 11. I'm not playing 11 as much as I did 10 though.

But Madden 06 through 09, wasn't big on them at all.

This blog post was actually from my co-worker, but it all post with my name. I've never tried any of these control grips. I can see how they could help for FPS and driving games. Not sure how they would help me in Madden or NCAA. I feel pretty in control when I'm playing there.

I loved the older versions of Madden.. Once it got on the current gen systems.. It was just filled with bugs.. Like the ball going through defender's bodies.. Saw it multiple times on the new one too.

I give it a chance every year.. I rent it right when it comes out.. If its improved enough I'll gladly buy it.

Madden 10 was one of the better ones,I have played alot of Madden 11 this year but sadly idk if its because im playing it on PS3 instead now or what,but EA's servers are terrible and have dissapointed me alot this year and have given me probably 10 losses at most because of me losing connection to their servers(not my internet connection and not connection to the PSN) Other than that it is a good game.

Yeah I heard about that. I heard the same about BFBC2 as well. I really never had a problem with EAs servers on madden before but this year it just really had to tick me off. But like every other Madden person....I will probably still buy Madden every year....for one gimmick,hopefully better gameplay,and a roster update.
