If anyone in the Chicago area is looking for a job Sprint is hiring 1,050 people in 2016.

If anyone's struggling its a worth a look.

"The latest jobs will include positions for retail workers, wireless experts and network technicians and engineers. Sprint currently has 800 employees and more than 160 stores across Chicagoland."

For anyone in Elgin Motorola Solutions is seeking to establish a training and manufacturing center in Elgin, and city officials are calling it "a big victory."

"The city council Wednesday will consider a development agreement with the Schaumburg-based company, which plans to invest approximately $18 million in a vacant, 300,000-square-foot building at 2580 Galvin Drive, in the Northwest Business Park, and create about 200 full-time positions, with the potential for another 200 seasonal jobs."

I worked at Motorola for 12 years right out of college. It's been a dying company since the early 90s. Half the company was bought by Google a few years ago. What's left under Motorola Solutions is not particularly vital or innovative. Meh
