I'm watching some episodes I have recorded. Have any of you watched this show? If so, what do you think?

It's funny to me. The main guy especially makes me think its a spoof of a paranormal investigation show, not an actual paranormal investigation show. He acts like he wants to catch a ghost so he can punch it in the face.

I too enjoy the unintentional comedy value of the show. That show is clearly the inspiration for the Kroll Show sketch Ghost Bouncers:

I haven't watched in a while, but the main dude is funny as shit. Always challenging a ghost to a fight, I do wonder what would happen if it was accepted.
