1. Danks gives up 4 runs in the first? LOL. 'nough said.

2. Typical Paulie. Konerko loves his double play because when there is a man on, thats what he was going to do and it was no different in crunch time. Nice!

3. Why is Thornton in for a third inning? He isn't a pitcher that can do that!!

4. Fast ball right there to Thome? WOW! You throw him that pitch 10 times, he will hit a home run 11 times!! Ridiculous.


This does not look like a team that wants to win.

i dont agree with that.

anyway, its time to just get this season over with and move on. psychologically i have no idea how this team is going to respond after this loss.

I just dont see the fire. Watch the Rangers, Rays, Padres, Yankees, Reds they WANT IT.

yeah. I like the Sox as much as anyone but we led the Twins by what, 3.5 games like a week ago, now its a 4 game deficit? This team is just playing to finish out the year.

Sox suck. The run was nice but were pretenders. And shame on the organization. We are a big market team. This plan of hoping it all works out is starting to wear thin. It worked once in 2005 (!!!1) and I guess maybe 2008 as well*

*I doubt anyone thought Danks and Floyd would grow into themselves so quickly.
