Eat organs. They have the highest quality source of protein.

Hard boiled egg whites, Chicken, Granola, Peanut Butter. I gained 15 pounds in about 2 months eating those things. I went from 160-175. I also exercised everyday though.

Lean steak, fish, and chicken. I drink a ton of pro complex shakes, they have 60 grams or protein per serving not including the milk. I also eat a ton of pure protein bars, 45 grams per bar. All in all I eat around 350-400 grams of protein per day depending if I am on a cutting or bulking cycle. Supplements are the fastest cheapest way to get a ton of high quality protein in you.

350-400 a day? That's a bit much don't ya think? Unless you weigh 250+

1g - 1.5g protein per pound of body weight

I am 220 lbs. Plus I workout 2.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, so whatever my body doesn't use gets burned off. Also if you do strain your body enough it can use 2 grams per pound of lean body weight, you just need to put in the work.

6am - BCAAs (2), Nitric Oxide (6), Fish Oil, Multi-Vits, 1 cup of rice/oats, Creatine (5g)
7:30am - 4 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, 1 cup oat meal
11am - 12oz Beef/8-10oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup rice/oats
1pm – 10-12oz Beef/8-10oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup of rice/oats
3pm - 10-12oz Beef/8-10oz Chicken Breast, 2 cup rice/oats
4pm - Pre-workout Supplements (Nitric Oxide (4), Multi-Vits, BCAA (2), Creatine (5g))
5:30pm - Post-workout Supplements (50g Whey, BCAA (2), Dextrose, Creatine (5g))
6:30pm to 7pm – 25g Whey, 1 Can of Tuna, Salad, 1 cup rice
9pm - 40g Casein mixed with natural peanut butter
10 to whenever - Sleep

That's my diet. It's all about what foods you eat. People think working out is everything.. Diet imo is about 70% of it. Not to mention rest. Make sure you're actually putting that protein into use. You can mix up the meat with Salmon or whatever. Bulking is expensive, so go with whatever works with your schedule/food salary.

PS You can have a cheat meal every sunday, its what I do :)

You're going to have a harder time than most if you're lactose intolerant, but it's possible.
