I need something delicious but full of protein. Anyone got recipies/brands to try out?
Eat organs. They have the highest quality source of protein.
I'm being serious...I need some protein in my diet for working out
Eggs...eggs, more eggs, and chicken.
I've gained 10 pounds in the last month and a half..it works.
350-400 a day? That's a bit much don't ya think? Unless you weigh 250+
1g - 1.5g protein per pound of body weight
I totally expected to open this thread and see 20 replies of "jizz"...
