Thanks boss. I felt good out there. I had some tightness in my knee during the off week, but I was able battle through it. Coach Smith asked if I'd be able to go today and I told him I wouldn't miss it for the world.

It's a team effort though and I think all three of our phases really did their job. I think Jay did a great job answering the press without even saying a single word. We let our play do the talking and I think that's all that needs to be said.

Well its good to see at least ONE person who voted for the Seahawks can show back up. If that doesnt earn some kudos, nothing can. Its a gut punch when ones team loses in games like this, and we know how that feels all to well. But Rush beat me to it, your WRs failed today, Hasslebeck was solid today. And the fact you do got a younger team, there is Much to be optimistic. If they use Lynch more next year, no doubt you guys can go far again.
