My favorite teams
Just got back from a 4 day trip to Vegas for the trade shows. My oldest sister gave me the heads up about this restaurant so I had to check it out. The prices are very reasonable and the food was fantastic.
The fire display at the entrance to the restaurant:
I ordered the Farm Burger which was orgasmic. It has a pattie that consists of a blend of three meats, 50% chuck, 25% rib and 25% brisket. It is topped with an egg, sharp cheddar cheese and duck bacon served on a brioche bun. Yes ladies and gentlemen. Duck bacon. The best fucking bacon I have ever had in my life and I used to be a part of the bacon of the month club so that says a lot.
I also got an order of the truffle fries which also did not disappoint. Their homemade ketchup wasn't anything to write home about and in my opinion tasted closer to a tomato paste than ketchup but wutevs. Dat garlic dip though was fan-fuckin-tastic. We also asked for their curry ketchup which wasn't to my liking either however I won't judge as I just don't like curried food.
All in all I didn't have much of anything to complain about this restaurant. If I had to try to find a negative it would be that it felt as if it took a bit for the food to arrive but the place was packed to capacity so its understandable. Other than that the service was on point and the waiter was constantly making sure we were satisfied and weren't left needing anything.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone going to Vegas. As an aside I would also recommend the buffet at Ceasar's Palace, Bacchanal, as it was probably the best buffet I have ever had. It is however a bit on the expensive side for a buffet. You're looking at about $45 for lunch and $50 for dinner (per person) if I remember right however you will be hard pressed to find any sub-standard food there.
Edit: I fubared the spelling in the title, mods please change it to Ramsay's
