I'd agree with the "B" assessment. I'd probably give them a B+ because after it was known they pretty much weren't getting LeBron & Wade or Bosh they went and signed Boozer then after LeBron's decision they went to work on everything else.

I would say more of the lines of a B+ for us. Everybody excet the Heat was fleeced in the Summer F.A this year but instead of not doing anything like N.J,N.Y and I guess Atlanta we went out and got Boozer and other players to help this team. Also we are still in talks with several players, like T- Mac, Shaq and Eddie House. So our offseason isn't over yet
