Anybody surprised?
Apparently pouring shit and grey water into an unlined, uncovered cesspool through leaky plunbing and allowing that to flow/seep into the local water table/source is not good for public health.
Edit: Probably not a good idea to take Peacekeepers from one 3rd world country infected with virulent strains of cholera and send them to another 3rd world country either.
