Can't the Lions block this by simply promoting him to their vacant OC position?

Just give him the assistant HC title and keep him coaching the OL for the Bears. Make it happen Ben! He won’t say no to that assistant HC money.

Or just give him a sizable raise as OC/OL coach. I’d guess Dennis Allen would be assistant HC based on his experience

That too. Or just have Ben Johnson step down so he can have the HC title but coach the o-line. 🤪
