Happy 4th to all of you as well! I will post some pics of the setup when it's time. I've got my hot dog machine ready with hot italian, brats and regular dogs. 2 LBS of burnt ends, three racks of ribs, watermelon, potato salad, popcorn and 42 grab/fun bags of chips. For fireworks we've got enough sparklers to last three days plus 50 smoke bombs and $800 worth of fountains and rockets...and I still have one day left.

I cannot wait!
