Something vintage/retro

Thanks Books! You know what I like. All the things!



So far it's been a great weekend. It's a long weekend here and so much going on. Fireworks festival, Pride parade, constant beach times and drinking in the park. Going to get some brunch and then shop, then beach and then drinking! No gifts yet, but tonight as we drink by the bay I'm sure there will be some cute things wrapped up in shiny paper and otters swimming in the ocean. Probably best I don't take one home with me!



All Canadians should have the option of having Leonard Cohen attend their birthday gathering. It would be the most patriotic option.



And where did that amazing mule drawing come from? Are you an artiste? It's fantastic. I only hope I get a cake that tricked out with frosting and maybe a fondant mule on top!

SAMESIES! Thank you for all this. I predict an Anthropolgie gift card in my future, as I get one from my brother and his wife almost every year. That Bottle Green Dotted Party Dress is calling my name it's so fabulous. And the poppies one is just the right colour combo! You know what I like. UO will be getting a visit today as I gallivant.

Thanks! We do have a provincial holiday today, but you're right, it's not quite the same thing! National or nothing!
