That reflects your view point exactly?

Take me for an example, i doubt a politician would ever exist that I could fully support in all things.

I am an Atheist, I am fiscally conservative, i am progressive on most social issue's i.e. *** marriage, I support the war in iraq and Afghanistan(for at least the purpose of creating stable governments their, as I dont like the idea of leaving and creating a state of civil war resulting in countless innocent deaths only to have dictatorships pop up making the financial and human sacrifices for naught), I despise politcal correctness.

Basically, I am a Godless conservative that loves gays and war (and I am actually for some sort of plausible universal healthcare, not in its current form, but I do believe everybody should recieve medical attention despite their poverty level). Ive felt anger towards both sides of the two party spectrum for one reason or another and unfortunately I feel very strongly about certain things in both categories, making it difficult for me to not get completely discontent with the political process in general. As Ive mentioned in many threads before my general outlook is **** it and ride the wave because of this I will never have a candidate that represents ME.

Im not starting trouble, this isnt a political debate. it is simply a question of, do any politicians support your views exactly? Not to question whether anyone agrees with your viewpoint.

To the original post, definitely not.

Basically, IMHO the government basically screws up and bankrupts every program that it runs (both partys) so less is more.

I only hope for the least amount of government involvement.

I agree with Tater. And would go a step further and say it's impossible for any Politician to agree 100% with all of their constituents. Not to mention probably not feasible.

Then add the special interest groups and the large funds at their disposal and it's definitely out right impossible.

Can anyone find a Politician that's not a liar?

Al Franken? He's a DeadHead and pretty hilarious, but really I'm sure he's full of a lot of things.

Not a chance. Although he was probably the greatest President in history. One of the only Presidents to take our personal rights away, but when done, gave them back.

Oh yea. When it effect them adversely most Politicians will do what it takes to minimize that. IE they Lie.

No, i don't think any politician will be with me all the time. The closest I have found is agreeing mostly with the Libertarians.

While respectable, the fact the possibility exists for our rights to be suspended is disconcerting. See Julius Caesar, the Romans had a similar system in times of need they would elect a dictator, who would voluntarily give up power upon the close of the crisis he was called in to resolve. Caesar pulled a Niemi no no.

Depends on the situation. In Lincolns instance, he really had no choice.

TSD I think it is quite near impossible to agree 100% with every stance. You find the person who says they see things your way more often than not and cross your fingers to hope like hell they aren't lying pieces of shit.

I refuse to believe that all politicians are sleezy although I do believe the system corrupts many with the right intentions. It is also the reason why I am voting against incumbents and looking for new blood in the system. I believe many feel the same way

I do right now.

Term limits will also address the concerns being discussed here.
