HASB Name list (for video)

Hey everyone, I'm doing a list for the HASB video to be shown on November 9 in Rockford, in which both Skate videos from 2011 and 2012 will be shown.

In addition, I want to add names of those who have lost their battle with cancer.  These names will be listed after the video, and they will loop throughout the benefit.</p>


If any of you wish to have a name shown list them here.


I would like all names to be submitted by November 6.
