I would love to do it. I forget what documentary show it was, but I saw them do this hike, and it was amazing. There are a few trails like this in the world. But I would do it with a carabiner hook and harness.

Despite all the cool shit to see there, China isn't real high on my list of places to check out. Before that, I still want to go to (in no particular order): India, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Japan, Brazil, Cambodia/Thailand, and some island hopping in the south Pacific...then maybe China would be elevated to the point that I'd consider it a priority.

I have been in the jungles of Guadalcanal and PNG. Definitely recommend it. PNG can be dangerous though. I got bit in the temple by a baby centipede during the night while in the Solomons. That was not fun, but it was still worth it.
Finland was okay. Great people, but I didnt really get into the bush, so I cant speak for that.
