Cliff Stein was promoted to general counsel when Ryan Pace was hired. Negotiating contracts is somebody else's job now.

I think all the signings will take time, but, I think the first thing they will do is try to get the Jimmy Graham, pay cut thing dealt with. If he takes it great. Because the Bears might only need a mill or two, unless dare I say it, they try to extend him for Cheaper deal next year. Which I would mind for a guy who is as big of a Red zone threat as him.
