When I was a kid, I broke my nose playing football in my cousins backyard. We both dove for a pass and I turned my head just as we hit. I blacked out for a couple seconds, sat there and felt my shirt getting damp wet and warm. Blood was gushing out. I left a blood trail down the sidewalk and driveway to the side door of their house. My aunt was a nurse and reset it it for me. That did not feel good...

I was a third string D1 college LB. I tried to seal the corner on a sweep using only my little finger. Broke the bone in half and required surgery and pins
If that's not enough, I had a ganglia removed from the same hand half the size of a golf ball. I also cut off two finger tips on the same hand and had to have a 2" by 1/2" strip removed from my palm to create new finger tips, then they had to sew my finger to my palm to keep the tips alive which created a nice scar.
Had to give up my career as a Palmolive Soap hand model

Broke my elbow and smashed all the cartilage Skateboarding. Also snapped my ankle doing the same.
Not sure if it's a sport or not, but snapped my pinky bone in my hand in half boxing the fridge drunk.
