Hawks favorite players

I was board looking up hawks 2010 cup videos and I came across this, I didnt see it before.



I suppose this might be a missed gem by most american hawks fans, it was featured on hockey night in canada.

it will sicken you though the amount of nods to wings and canucks players as favorite players growing up.



Although a select few players and coaches I think selected favorite players to appeal tot eh fans (since they were hawks).

I hate Patrick Sharp right now.



Lots of Sakics, Lindens and Stevie Y's. 3 pretty damn good team leaders in their days. Linden gets a pass as a Canuck because he was actually a good player, non hack and a great guy.



It's sort of strange because with a lot of these guys you can see the influences that their favorite players have on their current game and style. Can't say that for all of them (Huet is no Patrick Roy lol) but some of these guys def have styles like their favs.



Thanks for posting that TSD. Think I missed it when it first aired. Was too busy celebrating.
