I have the package and the thing that sucks about being on the national game is that you still get Eddie O but there's no Pat. You get stuck with Doc, who is great, but he's a damned Detroit homer...

Every caller to Detroit sports talk thinks Doc hates the Wings. No matter who's calling the national game both sets of fans are going to be upset because it's not 100% homerism from the announcers.

I can't stand him either. For the times the Blackhawks are on NBC, I have the radio broadcast going in addition to the TV (my setup is so only the video is going to the TV and the audio goes to my stereo).
