the teams played like it's the post season in all their encounters. The bulls swept the heat in the regular season. I know lbj might have another level that he can get to, but how much more can he give a team than he has in these games? With that said, the bulls SWEPT them. It makes you think that if the teams meet in the playoffs, the bulls have a decent chance.

i should prefaced the post with, a lot of people, DT included, have said that the bulls don't want to see the heat in the playoffs. We've swept them so far. May be it won't be so bad.

I've never bought into Miami being better. They are tough to beat no doubt but we can win a 7 games series. We've got the coaching, depth, playoff experienced in both coaching and players. We just match up well with them because they have big weaknesses at PG and C. How well can guys like dampier, Z, Bibby, etc play in a 7 game series? I think having guys like Rose, Deng and Noah is great because they feel like they have so much to prove.

We won 3 close games against the Heat. Nothing today or in the past 2 games ever stood out to me as we were clearly better. This team can't get a big head about winning games with some luck.

We're not clearly better but winning 3 games is winning 3 games. No one gave us a chance and now they've proven that they can hang with the heat. Also I dont see how luck was involved but ok. Bosh played horribly game 2. Nothing lucky about that against the leagues top defense.

There was little luck in the first game when Lebron didn't play and Bosh got hurt in the third quarter.

I like how you didn't mention our missing piece. How convient. What's the excuse for games 2 and 3? No Haslem? Mike miller game 2? Reality check, the Heat have won 1 game against the leagues elite. They aren't the dynasty that everyone thought they were. How quickly people forget what good depth does for teams in the playoffs. You're new to this whole thing I'm sure so stay tuned and find out for yourself.

All I said was that there was luck in that Lebron missed the first game, and Noah missed the game for the Bulls. You said there wasn't.

Well if we're missing Noah then how is that lucky for us? Wouldn't that balance it out? These teams played with all of their stars for two games and the bulls won them both. Luck my ass. The Heat blew two double digit leads and Lebron failed to hit game winning shots. Sounds more like an execution problem, rather than a luck thing. But WTF do I know? I only watch the games.

Anything can happen. I am of the opinion that we could take anyone in a 7 game series and make something happen. The hype is real.

Dont care...It will be an experience...I missed two opportunities in the Bulls-Celtics series that I regret...I could have seen Game 4 and Game 6.
