It should've been Septimo. Makes no sense to put Santiago down when Septimo has been better.
I did see someone on twitter suggest that they might try to stretch Santiago out in which case they would send him down so that he work on that.

It's kind of weird that they would do that, but it it works out that's great. I personally never saw him being a starter, but if they think they can do it I'm on board for that.
