Tom Cruise is often rumored to wear two inch lifts in his shoes and people still say he's short. If that's so I'd need to wear oil rigs on my feet just to catch up with Cruise's "extended shortness", except that it really doesn't bother me. Products like shoe extensions are nothing new, they've been around forever. It's like wearing a rug on their head for some guys that are self conscious about it except maybe not as vulnerable to the weather. I'm curious though what a decent podiatrist would have to say about the product, not just some hack paid to endorse the product. My next door neighbor growing up was a foot doctor and his opinion was that later in life when people's arches start to give out it pretty much akes sense for everyone to look into being fitted for a pair of orthodic inserts for their shoes to help delay back problems, etc. as they age. I suspect though that this is mostly aimed at the youth market.
