No. First of all, Portland is the team who chose Bowie. They only have themselves to blame. Secondly, even if there was some wrong that's bringing justice here, there's no way it comes close to "payback" for us getting Jordan and them getting Bowie. It's probably impossible for Portland to accomplish "payback" on that.
