I'm trying to gain weight and I don't really have the time to eat big meals, so I'm looking to take in a lot of my calories by drinking them.

Every morning I have 2 cups of vanilla rice milk [240 calories], 1 tbsp. of ground flax seeds [73 calories], 1 large banana [~100 calories], and enough peanut butter to equal ~500 calories.

I've experimented with a few things, but I can't find anything that tastes good enough to have regularly.

Any ideas?

Foods that are high in unsaturated fat and protein. Peanut butter is a great ingredient to add to your shakes. Buy all natural peanut butter, not jiffy or skip or any other processed garbage. I assume you're working out as well? You need a high amount of carbs to fuel your training. You can add oats to your shakes as well. I eat steel cut oats, they are less processed than big brand oatmeal, from the bulk barrels at Sprouts. The only thing about them is that they take longer to cook on the stove top that microwaving some instant oatmeal, but they're better for you. In the past I've cooked a lot and put the excess in the fridge. Microwave some and add a huge glob of pb, some raw honey, and some fruit and your done.

All of that is a pretty clean way of getting extra carbs and calories in your diet. If you're not too concerned about adding body fat, you're going to add it anyway by getting bigger, the only advice you need to pay attention to is this: Eat everything in sight. Do mostly basic, compound movements and make sure your workouts are relatively short and intense. Use your supplements wisely. A good multivitamin, creatine, and a good pre-workout supp is a good start

Good luck
