Castro, Rizzo, Samardzija, etc. count in addition to prospects. Who has the highest ceiling?

Baez probably has the higest ceiling of position players with Goldstein talking about Baez having 70 contact and 70 power tools (compared to Castro being a 70 hit and 50 power). Vizcaino has the highest ceiling of any arm right now. At least that woul dbe my call.

Probably not because we have seen what he is capable of doing in short spurts. The question is can he can be that pitcher at his peak this season consistently or is he going to be a guy who dominates on occassion and gets rocked the other times.
