Good, I hope we can send them Deng too. I don't see a huge dropoff between Kirk and Loul and Outlaw and Blake. Certainly not the 75 million in guaranteed salary.
That's a drop off to be sure. Kirk is better than Blake & Luol is better than Outlaw. The best thing any of us fans can hope for is Deng returning to the 18 & 7 form of 2yrs ago, so he is atleast 1) becomes a solid contributor, & 2) improves his stock in a potential trade.
But it might be too much to ask of Mr. Glass. He just began running this week after 4 months of inactivity. What was his injury again? A microfracture no one could find that required surgery?

I'm not saying there isn't a drop off. But it certainly isn't a huge drop off. I would describe both as poor mans versions of each other.
Here are the per 36 numbers from last year.
Outlaw 16.6 5.3 1.3 on 54.1ts% 24yrs old
Blake 12.5 2.8 5.7 on 55.7ts% 28 yrs old
Deng 14.9 6.4 2.0 on 51.1ts% 23 yrs old
Kirk 13.5 3.3 5.3 on 55.1ts% 28 yrs old
Seriously, I don't see a signifigant difference. Do you? Everything is very similar, Kirk and Deng's old numbers are inflated due to being main scoring options which they shouldn't be. I don't even think Deng is good enough to be out Salmons for the starting line up. I wouldn't mind making the swap.
