The biggest news to break today is that Kirk Hinrich is listed as doubtful for the Hawks/Bulls series. The Hawks had little chance prior to Kirk getting hurt, and now that they'll be calling on Jamal Crawford or Jeff Teague...

Unfortunate for Atlanta. I like Kirk. I wish he were playing....but in a Bulls jersey, not ATL.

HInrich brings some stability to that incoherent starting lineup Atlanta has, so that good for us, Boozer, we need him healthy or not at all.

maybe, but late in the game I'd feel fine w/ him and Rose on the court together...he could play the 2 w/ Watson on the floor, too. He'd never get the minutes he deserves, tho.

Anyone who has ever strained a hamstring will tell you that it's an odd injury. One day you could limp like a drunken peg-legged pirate, and the next day you could be running full speed with no bother. He has access to trainers that only a small part of the world does, I would be cautiously optimistic that he will dress in this series. MAYBE not Game 1 or 2, but I doubt he'll miss the series.

Yup it is a strange injury. I had one last year...Hurt walking for a few days..then it would be fine days after that until the afternoon when it would just suddenly reappear. This went on for about 2 weeks.
