The guy's record on developing offensive linemen is impeccable.
Of course, its the bears--so I'm not exactly expecting them to do the smart thing and let this guy deveop Borom, Jenkins, and ideally a newly drafted C or OG along with getting Whitehair right.

Except that Daniels is our best and most consistent lineman. Whitehair is the guard who needs to be jettisoned.

Oh hell yeah, Munchak is the best OL coach in the business. If you can get him on the staff, I almost don't even care about the OC.
