Why not get some live practice for an onside kick?

Yeah, but good practice for the D to be under pressure to get the 3 and out before the 2 min warning and then for the O to run a 2 min drill with the game on the line.

Which they could do on the 40...

Ayers has a mixed game. Some good receptions, and some boneheaded crap

Pretty encouraging to see some of these guys flash. Fitts had some nice plays, Nichols flashed, Joseph wasn’t bad, and Wims looked good.... get Roquan signed already.

Wims looks like the best of the bubble receivers. Its just one preseason game, but if he has another game like tonight he isn't going to clear waivers to the PS

Needs to play against 2nd stringers in the next two weeks.

Not sure if Fowler is showing more in practice, but he needs a huge outing to get on the 53. Same said for Marlon Brown, but he has even smaller chance of jumping the guys ahead of him.

don't see much value in keeping Ayers. He really needed to distinguish himself in the return game, but fell way short. He had one shifty catch and run for a 1st down from what I remember, but overall is a poor man's version of Gabriel. Needs to show more elusiveness or he won't make it past the first round of cuts.

Also, on the plus side...losing this game tonight guarantees we won't go 0-16

Good night overall. Nagy got his first game under his belt. Injury free. Wimms, Nicholls, and Fitts played well. Along with a couple others. Thought Nagy benefited the most tonight.
