Absolutely, but Peppers will go in as a Panther, not a Bear.
True but I don’t think the HOF actually designates the inductee with one team if they played for multiple franchises. Orlando Pace is listed as a past Bears inductee.

The Bears do recognize him as one of the top 100 players in franchise history so they are taking some ownership I guess.

That’s really pathetic on the Bears part. His biggest contribution was a false start penalty on 4th & goal at Atlanta, which basically ended the game.

Wow, I could have sworn that the players were allowed to choose which teams they would be tied to, if they wished.

I guess that I was wrong.



I wish that there were some tributes to NFL history that lives in infamy in the Hall of Shame at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
