Someone in the comments section echoed my sentiments exactly. This guy faces 121 years in prison when you have child sex offenders getting a couple years or slaps on the wrist.



I'm sure all this guy would get is probation if he was just snooping around "regular peoples" computers.

I agree, but all this is going to do is make people get better at it and not getting caught. in that respect I blame the consumer not the provider.

I just dont think the punishment fits the crime, i do think he should be punished, but when you have friggin murderers getting lighter sentences, thats a bit much.

Doubt he'll see anywhere near that much time. If they have him dead to rites he'll plea bargain, plead guilty and get minimum concurrent sentances.
