Looking for some ideas. I have been using bread machine bagel dough as the base for my pizza dough. Sauce is basically crushed tomatos with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and sugar.

Anybody got any good pizza recipes/ideas?

There's a deep dish pizza recipe somewhere in this subforum that you make in a cast iron pan. I haven't made it yet but it looks really good.

Since I have a few family members with serious gluten sensitivities, I've been making this awesome gluten-free crust. Blend some potatoes, add yogurt and almond flour. One whole egg, and a pinch of salt. It doesn't need to rest, just stretch it onto a sheet, and make your pizza however you like.

If you like thin crust and don't want to make dough, use flour tortilla's.

I make them on the grill and they turn out good for something quick and easy.

I take french bread, butter and garlic powder it, spoon on the sauce, add toppings, cheese, top with garlic salt and oregano. Fantastic Pizza.

My wife makes a good crust for pizza, calzones, garlic knots, strombolis, breadsticks, etc. Super simple if you have a kitchenaid. It is quick rise too, so it only takes a few minutes to make and then let it rise/beating a back a few times over the next few hours. I will ask her what it is next time I think about it.

If anyone has a sous vide, another good use for it is to get perfect temperature water for the yeasties.
