I might update the starters later but frankly it doesn't really matter, both teams suck :D

Make sure you read the poll carefully if you are bothering to vote.

The Cubs can avoid 100 losses if they sweep the Astros :shifty:

Cubs need the Rockies to win at least one game to secure the #2 pick :D

Not sure how the StubHub convenience fee works but if you want to go to games this series it'll cost you as little as nine cents a ticket starting tonight  Under a dollar to get in, with the ability to sneak into the 100s and closer by the time the stretch is sung.

I think this would be the first time in 40 plus years that two 100 loss teams played each other should the 'Stros win one before game 162.

The Cubs actually have a 7-5 record against the Astros this season, the only team thus far that they will have a winning record against other than the Braves (which made no sense, but weird shit happens in baseball). They need to win one to ensure the winning record, unless the entire series gets rained out or canceled due to putting both teams out of their misery. Since the rain looks like it's staying away until the season finale, I guess we'll have to wait and see :D

Well, the 100 losses would guarantee the #2 pick so I wouldn't be completely heartbroken :D

Excellent AB by Castro. Too bad they couldn't cash in.
