man, if its white, it stains. you gotta go clear or that light blue color. Been going through this for a while this year. haha. one day i was like "am i pit stain guy?" I have a bunch of dark work shirts.

also side note- if you put it on before you put your shirt on, you can end up staining the side of the shirt near the waist as that part goes near the pits.

I haven’t use spray since it was recommended to me by my priest. I still get roll-on stains with black t-shirts after a while :-(

This is what ruins my shirts

I can't use scented anything. If someone lights a candle or plugs in a glade or wears strong perfume in my vicinity, my skin reacts negatively.

Are you talking stains in the pit area? Or stains from where the material passes your pit as you put it on leaving you with a white Mark on the outside of your shirt?

For the second problem, if I already have deodorant on and am then putting a pullover shirt on, I simply roll the shirt up till it reaches the pits. Put it on and roll the shirt down. No outside material gets the accidental white marks on it then.

For straight up pit stains I have no solution, except to make enough money to buy new white shirts occasionally.

I don't think only eating clear foods will ever be an option for my slob ass, and I do wear undershirts for work where I just got used to it. I just hate throwing out the black t-shirts I like to rock on the anything-goes weekends. and @burque, it is the white build-up even after using a gel stick, yes. :-(

I have PM-ed the non-trolls about this issue. Lesson learned: don't ask a lifestyle question at CCS. There has to be more than roll-on, spray, or axe. *

* or Dove. I already said fragrances aggravate my body.

Sorry man, I didn't see where you wrote that. Let me know if you find a solution because a lot of fragrances trigger an allergy for me. A stain free/ fragrance free deodorant would be ideal for me too.

You could always use a deodorant Stone.

now, listen, I am just about done with the trolling. I don't want to flex to keep stones in my pits like gwyenth paltrow keeps alpaca eggs in her vag. I am geniunely curious to hear what people like number51 and other trolls use as alternatives to roll-on gel or spray.

I sincerely thought switching to gel would eliminate the white build-up and caking. No joy.

I have skin sensitivity issues fragrance free laundry detergent, no softener. All deodorants would irritate the hell out of my pits, so I just kept trying everything on the market, roll-on's, sticks, and spray. Many years ago I finally stumbled across the only kind I can use with no problem, it's all I've used for ~30 years, and it is the douchiest brand out there. That's right the 61 year old man uses Axe spray. No irritation on the pits or the nose, a little embarrassing shopping.
