I'm thinking about how awesome @DanielCCSBears is at knowing the game of football and scouting individual players and it made me wonder what the background of all of you in football.

I was an undersized nose tackle who rotated in on third down, and an undersized guard who started. Nothing special, we had a decent team. How about you?

I played in grade school and high school. Not good enough to be a college player so I became an entrepreneur instead by becoming a part time freelance gynecologist while in college. I enjoyed thinking both inside and outside the box.

I started varsity as a sophomore for Kaneland high school back in ‘93, playing safety and back up half back. We won one game that year and only passed maybe seven times at most per game. It was all run run run play Defense. I did go downstate as a wrestler three years.

Started on the Sophomore team as a Freshman.

Was a three year varsity starter after that.
