I honestly had no idea what Optivo was so I thought $1000 sounded excessive lol.

I only know of it from commercials. US prices are so screwed up who knows what anything actually costs any more. Mine is billed at $36K, insurance pays 100% negotiated at $15K, wholesale price is about $5K. It's a similar drug so probably a similar price.
