I think a group of guys off a site that discussed national sports came together to make something more local, because there were no real independent or community driven sites at the time just for Chicago Sports. Rush and Zack then organized this site in 2010. After a few months, CCS merged with Bulls Podcasters. Then in 2012, CBMB closed, and most posters there decided to 'exodus' here. Just over a month ago, Indianheadnation, a Blackhawks forum was also merged in with CCS. And this is how ChiCitySports came to be what it is today.
